Bookings and Confirmations
Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through the Hotel Tvøroyri website.
To complete a reservation, guests are asked to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and country of residence.
A reservation becomes binding once the guest receives a booking confirmation by email or another written confirmation from Hotel Tvøroyri.
All prices are quoted based on current rates and applicable Faroese taxes. Hotel Tvøroyri reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in taxes, government regulations, or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be submitted by email as soon as possible, and may result in a charge of up to the first night’s stay. Cancelations made before 1 day of arrival are free of charge.
Special offers or promotional rates may have different cancellation conditions, which will be stated at the time of booking.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the hotel, rooms, furnishings, and facilities with care.
Any damage caused to hotel property during a guest’s stay may be charged to the guest responsible.
Smoking
Hotel Tvøroyri is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance or where required by law for certified assistance animals.
Force Majeure
Hotel Tvøroyri shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected travel disruptions.
Changes to these Terms
Hotel Tvøroyri reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
